Wargaming can deliver a 360-degree view of players by analyzing their interests and aggregating all Wargaming content. Using this data, Wargaming is able to predict the most interesting game for a particular player, in a particular time. After a five year journey (with many highs and lows), the Wargaming team was able to develop a communication system that interacts with players within 5 seconds after a battle. Personalized communication with players led Wargaming to increase of their game metrics up to 3 times compared to players who weren’t contacted by a communication method as such. Come learn how Wargaming developed their system for interacting with players and how you can apply it to your game.
