Janos Gaspar, Game Director, Creative Assembly

Janos Gaspar is the Game Director on the historical Total War team. Janos joined CA in 2010. Previously he worked at Digital Reality and Eidos on various WWII strategy games. He arrived at Creative Assembly during the last period of Napoleon development where he did mainly AI design, campaign and difficulty balancing. Subsequent games he spent most of his time with AI design, and the coordination of the campaign side of the game. His main focus is on the user experience, design direction, production and leading the team.
