Adding a session to your schedule does not guarantee you a seat.

Berti has proven strong multi discipline competence (Product, Operations, Marketing, Technology) and long experience in P&L responsibility with strong track records as agile/organization transformational catalyst – improving and shaping organizations to become high performance teams with high level of reliability and product quality resulting in two-digit revenue/business growth. Berti Kao started his career at Orange and moved later to Vodafone in the Mobile Telco industry where he was Product Manager for Mobile Games, Ringtones, Location based services, Erotic Services and Tariffs. Five years later he joined bwin – a world leading iGaming company to build up an award-winning mobile iGaming product around games and casino product, poker apps and sportsbook apps as Head of MTV. He launched the worldwide first poker real money multiplayer poker app and the first ever Live betting sports book app. Ten years later he transitioned into the payment world as VP Product for paysafe – a New York Stock Exchange listed global payment company managing digital wallets, acquiring, and issuing products and e-cash products. After 25 years of corporate environment Berti switched sides and joined Endava (ww.endava.com) as a Principal Industry Consultant – helping Endava’s clients to thrive and grow. Berti is 47, married and is proud father of three kids and lives in Vienna, Austria. He loves running and cycling, photography and is a food enthusiast.
