Antonio Cara has been in the game industry since 2009, working at the American branches of multiple companies based overseas including NIS America, Gravity Interactive, GungHo America, and DeNA Corp. In his first two years, Antonio worked through various departments including localization QA, customer service, development (quest writing), and community management. Antonio was ultimately put in charge of both community and customer support for all GungHo America titles, including Puzzle & Dragons and LET IT DIE. In January of 2019, he joined DeNA Corp. as an initial member of the new western branch where he focused solely on community and VIP/partner management. A new focus of the western branch of DeNA is helping other (primarily Japanese) companies develop and their go-to-market strategy. Antonio’s role in this endeavor is laying the groundwork for a western-friendly community strategy.

After graduating from Waseda University, Katsuhiro joined Namco in sales. He received the CEO Award just four months after joining the company, and two years later, he transferred to the Video Software Development Department (working on Pac-Man, Galaxian, Galaga, and Xevious) and became a game creator. At Namco, he served as a game designer, director, and character designer for both arcade and console titles (PlayStation 1 and later), and developed the animation control system script that became the foundation for Namco’s action game engine. After transitioning to Bandai Namco, he worked as the general manager of the game design department, engaging in console, arcade, mobile, VR headset games, and game production. From 2015 to 2019, he oversaw the worldwide marketing strategy department, the e-sports business department, and the global business promotion department’s console games division. He has also been involved in many titles as a producer. Katsuhiro has been involved with the Tekken series for 30 years as a development project leader, contributing to marketing, fan events, and community management. In addition to Tekken, he co-directed and supervised Soulcalibur and is the executive producer of the action-adventure game "Shadow Labyrinth," scheduled for release in 2025.
