Packed full of ideas and practical tips, this talk will aim to give you confidence in dealing with mental health in the workplace, whilst keeping an open mind on how each person’s perspective may be different.


Mental Health is something everyone needs to have on their radar by taking practical steps on getting comfortable with discussing it. Attendees will leave with a firm understanding of how to raise awareness, remove stigma and build positive workplaces, particularly around how to provide ongoing mental health and well being support for a studio of any size, no matter what your budget.
