With over 40 updates and content launches to date, 24-million players, and no sign of slowing down, Matt shines a spotlight on pivotal moments (from development and beyond) that have led to the game’s critical success—in addition to touching on future plans that will springboard ESO into the next decade.

Attendees will learn key insights and proven actions that have led to resounding success for a games-as-a-service (GaaS) video game, something incredibly rare in this day and age due to complexity of creating and maintaining this form of entertainment.
