With the increase in video games moving to digital events, proper moderation of livestreams for brands has yet to be tackled. While there are resources out there, most only focus on individual content creators and influencers, not brands. What are the issues? Why should companies care? What's the business case? How many moderators do you even need?

In order to improve industry online event safety, this talk is both the business case for and a how-to guide for brands on safe and sustainable moderation of live and digital events.
