"Black Developers Matter
This open discussion roundtable is designed to bring black developers together with publishers, studio executives, students and designers on how to expand the recruitment marketplace, how to retain talent in the industry, and how to create safe environments for new talent and ideas to grow. What processes do we have in place to look beyond our immediate circles of influence, and who do we include in those conversations? To expand the audiences of our industry, we have to expand our pool or recruits and better develop a culture on inclusivity in the industry.

Attendees will take away an understanding of how to approach creating a more welcoming and diverse environment within their particular companies. They will also come to an understanding of their role in creating diverse content throughout the industry.

Intended Audience

Recruiters, Senior Management, Entry Level Talent, D&I Executives.
