LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS

Following the positive reception of major worldwide releases, including the PUBG Mobile (co-developed with KRAFTON, Inc.) . Over the past few years, Lightspeed Studios has expanded to a globally-distributed team, setting up offices and studios in ten different countries in an effort to create the LightSpeed Universe, an ecosystem that connects players and developers from around the world.

In this talk, Ben will discuss Lightspeed Studios' global expansion journey, providing case studies and analyzing the difficulties of starting and scaling up global and 0-1 game development teams/studios during the pandemic. Furthermore, Ben will share various strategies, tips, and lessons learned for growing teams both globally and locally.
