In this roundtable, come talk about business and legal issues facing the video games industry. The roundtable focuses discussion on key issues, including the copyright and legal landscape applicable to AI generated and AI-incorporated video games, unionization of employees at publishers and studios, the enactment of new and expanding child privacy laws that impact games and blur the line of when a child becomes an “adult” for the purposes of regulation, and how the Supreme Court’s decision is SFFA v. Harvard may impact DEI policies at video game companies.
