Systemic discrimination and abuse are rampant in the industry. Believing themselves to be untouchable, rather than use their positions as leverage to improve diversity and culture, senior studio members openly practice nepotism, racism, and sexual harassment. Andrew Hilson will discuss how these issues stem from a culture of complicity and bias.
Attendees will learn best practices to avoid systemic discrimination and harassment in the future and learn to identify problem areas within their own work environments.
