In this presentation, M Science will walk through how publishers and platform operators can better harness the power of customer transaction data to conduct competitive and customer analysis, and also to evaluate the impact of new revenue models and strategies in the video games market.

M Science is a research and analytics company that tracks customer spending across hundreds of publishers and thousands of games in near real-time, providing visibility into SKU-level digital purchases. This allows them to not only track game sales at every major developer, publisher, and storefront, but also to track how much and how often gamers are spending on live services, including downloadable content, microtransactions and subscriptions.
