Join the Women in Games+ SIG for a collaborative discussion on intersectionality, inclusivity, and the importance of creating supportive spaces within the gaming industry. This session will explore how to ensure Women in Games+ remains a safe and empowering space for women, trans people of all genders, and non-binary individuals fostering a community that prioritizes marginalized voices while addressing the challenges of inclusivity and space-taking. We’ll discuss strategies for maintaining a focus on gender-based inclusivity, creating safe spaces, and building a future where everyone in our community feels seen and supported.
