Choosing soft launch countries for mobile games is an ever-lasting topic. This talk will represent the logic behind the LEGO® Hill Climb Adventures soft launch geos. The presentation will give you a chronological deep dive into the steps of which countries were selected and also why we chose those specific countries.

One of the main points is to have a look at the data - how the countries performed & how they are different these days from the user acquisition point of view. The presentation will also cover the challenges and outcomes that will help us all to do better in the future.

Takeaway

The audience will have a good understanding on what was the main strategy used for the selection of LEGO® Hill Climb Adventures soft launch countries. There will also be explanations on how Fingersoft executed the strategy and how the countries performed.
