The industry’s changing work landscape became even more chaotic during the pandemic. While some freelancers and independent contractors have found it easier to get work, others have discovered it to be much harder. This roundtable will cover how freelancers have improved their businesses during this time, what hasn’t worked, and how to return to employment if that’s the direction some attendees need to take. Most importantly, this roundtable is a community of freelancers and independent contractors offering support and guidance. Everyone is encouraged to share lessons learned through their real-life experiences. Day 2 is for those who would consider themselves veteran freelancers.

Takeaway

During this roundtable, attendees will share what they've learned about their businesses before and during the pandemic, with the aim of helping each other transition out of this extraordinary period. The moderators will provide topics and facilitate discussions that are pressing issues for all freelancers.

Intended Audience

This roundtable is designed for devs interested in becoming freelancers, freelancers of all experience levels, and devs who are looking to work with freelancers.
