Building Teams is a roundtable session primarily focused on the interview process. Interviewing for design is often difficult and time consuming for both parties. For the interviewee, design tests are a lengthy ordeal and on site interviews can be intimidating, particularly for younger designers looking to land that first job. From the interviewer point of view, candidate needs can vary greatly from position to position and design tests, if not structured properly, can struggle to reveal the most qualified candidates for the position.
