The talk will discuss the different perspectives that we wanted to bring into the accelerator program and how we implemented them in practice. Some initiatives worked, others didn't as well. The challenge is to give the game studios realistic goals, tasks and resources to make it out in the industry. Not all are as relevant as others.

Takeaway

A perspective on how we can use what we've learned as game developers in teaching new game developers on how to succeed in the industry both from a business perspective. What works and what doesn't, and also an attempt at an explanation of why.

Intended Audience

Anyone who is interested in building support programs for new game studios that want to become professional and successful businesses. Also game developers that are looking for accelerator programs to help them become industry professionals.
