This session presents an overview of the development of Monster Train, the award winning deck building strategy game. Starting from early prototyping all the way through launch and beyond, Shiny Shoe CEO Mark Cooke will explain how the production was managed and how the team fostered an invaluable culture of feedback.

In classic postmortem style, Mark will share key lessons on what went right and what went wrong across production, design, tech, and marketing.
