He's talked to every possible publisher, and been through the process of both creating games and companies several times. In this talk he will take you through the journey of starting a successful games company from start to finish and talk about what needs to be done at which time, what your priorities should be, deal structures and emotional states/pitfalls. From when you get the idea, until the end of your first game and beyond, Dino will tell you what he wish knew when he started out in the industry – including the crucial differences between your first company and the subsequent ones.
