This roundtable session focuses on the interview process from both sides of the interview table. Both sides have challenges to overcome and this session aims to work through those challenges with open discussions and collaboration. For the interviewee, design tests are often lengthy ordeals and on site interviews can be intimidating. Let's better prepare these candidates for success by offering tips, suggestions, and explaining what the interviewer is actually looking for with these tests. For the interviewer, candidate needs can vary greatly from position to position and design tests, if not structured properly, can struggle to reveal the most qualified candidates. Let's ensure our design tests generating the candidate feedback that we actually need.
