Children are not just mini versions of adult gamers. Kids' gaming preferences and abilities are affected by their developing cognitive and physical abilities. Session two will focus on the specific challenges of developing mobile games for kids, including touch screen usability, in-app purchases, marketing, game design (for individuals and inter-generational), and brand licensing.

Takeaway

This series of roundtables will focus on the issues developers encounter when making kid-friendly games.
