Managing teams and projects can have varying degrees of production challenges for collaboration among cross-discipline team members as they discover their trajectory towards progress and delivery. Without a proper roadmap to guide teams, conflict resolution and decision-making will be difficult to keep everyone on the same page. While most producers have stories to tell about how they navigated risks and challenges, the best stories are designed from planning and research. This talk will look at insights from story and narrative designers, their processes, frameworks, and models, as they can be used to map out project roadmaps to be able to identify goals and risks for your team, resulting in proper planning, goal setting, and team support that producers can use to engage teams towards a common goal.
