Carina Kom (she/her) left her corporate job to co-found a crypto gaming studio and produce its first IP called MixMob. Shortly after her arrival, the value of Bitcoin and Ethereum crashed and a growing interest in DAO-led games trickled away. Carina will relay the myriad challenges and rewards of being a crypto game in a quickly changing industry, and the tactics and tools that can be used to improve team innovation.
