Joining a new team or studio can be a difficult and painful experience for a new teammate. We can all relate to the sinking feeling of being left alone at a desk and wondering what we're supposed to do next at our new job. During this session, Lindsay Peck will share the knowledge she's gained in her six years of experience onboarding many people across multiple studios and highlight key things you can start doing right now to create a more impactful onboarding experience for new people joining your team.


Attendees will walk away with six high level concepts that will have a positive impact on new people joining their team. Using the tips and tricks outlined for each concept, attendees can increase retention and productivity of their new teammates early in the onboarding process.
