Dylan Tredrea will present his analysis of the opportunities and risks in soft launch, the fundamental forces teams should understand, a high level strategy for soft launch planning, specific practices and processes for running soft launches, and specific examples from his career and Zeptolab's portfolio where this kind of approach has been successful.
This talk seeks to give attendees a clear understanding of why they should be running soft launches differently and how they can do so. Additionally, a secondary goal is to give attendees enough theory and business knowledge to help them persuade their supervisors to approve this approach.
