Attendees hear inspiration on these topics, including:

2. How to develop from a small-scale board game experience to a club model?
3. The challenges and solutions of the board game club model, how to transform board games into a broader operational model and contribute to the development of board game design?
4. Design characteristics of Chinese board game experience stores.
1. This speech aims to share our insights into the development of the Chinese board game market over the past 15 years, including its unique characteristics and the distinct traits of different generations.
2. In the "old generation" of the Chinese board game, we will discuss the design features of the first breakout board game and other products of the same generation. We will also explore the main user groups at that time and the factors that influenced industry trends, such as player toxicity. Additionally, we will provide insights for designers to avoid pitfalls in game design.
3. In the "new generation" of the Chinese board game market, we will discuss the changes in the demographic profile of core players and their attitudes towards board games compared to the past. We will also examine the changes in design methodologies and approaches of industry professionals, including the integration of intellectual property (IP) into the industry. Designers will gain inspiration for their own designs from these discussions. What are the changes in design methodology and thinking of tabletop game industry practitioners, such as industry IP integration, and what insights can designers gain in design.
4. Looking ahead, we will explore how a new board game can enter a new market, such as China, by capitalizing on industry trends and opportunities. We will provide some inspiring ideas for design, distribution, expanding the player base, and operations in the board game industry.
