Project Polaris is an annual think-tank style conference that invites the industry's top game designers to solve the most difficult problems in games. The conference produces reports on a variety of design-related topics. In this session, representatives from each workgroup present the key ideas, findings, and takeaways that can improve your design skills, your current game projects, and the industry as a whole.

Takeaway

As this is a microtalk-style presentation, the topics shown will be varied. In the past, topics have involved systems design, game narrative, cultural design, design leadership, and similar topics that all fall under the broad heading of "game design." This is not going to be a laser-focused talk, but more a series of small talks that contain something for everybody.

Intended Audience

The target audience is anyone with a professional, creative, or other interest in game design.
