This session will help game devs lead themselves and others through those transitions, to make the most of change.

This session will explore: All three phases of transitions, even though most of us only are aware of two of them; Why optimism during a crisis is essential but risky; Practical tools and techniques that will help you help your people boost their well-being, so they can be as innovative and productive as possible.
