Yet, you have a great team, your work is top-notch and you want to keep your team together so you can continue to do the work you love. For most indie developers, the solution is obvious. Take on some contact work and everything will be fine, right? Yet, being successful as a contract team isn't as easy as it sounds. You've got to know how to negotiate the right deal that will set your team up for success. But this can be tricky, especially if you aren't aware of your options.In this talk, Amy Dallas will explore some different ways to structure projects, strategies to build lasting partnerships with clients and examine some limiting beliefs that can prevent you from achieving your desired outcome.
