You've got to know how to negotiate the right deal that will set your team up for success. But this can be tricky, especially if you aren't aware of your options.In this talk, Amy Dallas will explore some different ways to structure projects, strategies to build lasting partnerships with clients and examine some limiting beliefs that can prevent you from achieving your desired outcome.
