Designing products within a team isn't just about having the most amazing designs. Whether someone is working directly on a game or game engine tools, this way of thinking can help navigate success regardless. This session is a journey through success and failure, concluding with practical approaches to dealing with real-world situations.

Takeaway

Attendees will hopefully walk away understanding how important understanding yourself and building relationships is to the design and development process. They'll also leave with additional ways to approach similar situations.

UX Professionals of any experience level, especially people looking to break or transition into the industry, anyone dealing with imposter syndrome, or even experienced professionals just looking for additional ways to handle difficult situations or ways to empower others.
