Attendees will get an overview of useful software engineering techniques for working with complex vfx systems. They will learn how to approach vfx creation at a high level to create systems that are easy to extend and maintain. They will also learn techniques for fast and successful troubleshooting.
VFX artists of all skill levels who want to get better at creating complex vfx by using tried and tested principles from programming. This will be especially useful for those who tend to gravitate towards art side of vfx creation and don't feel very confident with technical aspects.
