Eight VFX topics in one hour! Come listen to four seasoned professionals from Blizzard Entertainment and Riot Games share a few things they wish they knew before they started in the industry. Topics range from philosophical to technical. Many of these will be supported with case studies from World of Warcraft, Overwatch, and League of Legends. A few minutes at the end will be reserved for Q&A.


This talk will have something for everyone. Since each topic lasts only 7 minutes, there are a variety of takeaways: how certain effects are achieved in engine, and concepts to consider while making VFX.
