Neurodiverse professionals can experience difficulties in the games industry due to neurotypical expectations, whether regarding communication, scheduling, task timelines, and so on. This roundtable gives a chance for neurodivergent people to discuss how they and their situations can be better recognized, understood, and supported. This is a safe space for discussion.
Attendees will collectively gain access to a community of neurodivergent support and resources. They will create a short list of the most important issues/topics/needs that they and other neurodivergent game developers face in the industry and how they would like them to be addressed.
