The freelance life is a difficult—though often rewarding—path through the industry. And whether it's your chosen road or one you're forced to walk occasionally while between full-time jobs, almost all of us face it eventually.

How do we navigate that road, and what steps can we take to help make it a smoother (and more profitable) journey? This talk will present hard won insights from the 15-year career of a full-time freelancer, including tips on how to start your career, how to keep your career... and how to stay sane while you're doing it.
