With many years of experience in the gaming industry, Cristina Amaya is the Director of Festivals for DreamHack at ESL FACEIT Group. In this role she is responsible for developing, improving, managing the planning, and driving the growth of DreamHack festivals in the United States. Furthermore, Cristina is currently President of the award winning non-profit organization Latinx in Gaming where she is running the business development efforts, fundraising efforts, marketing campaigns, partnership activations, and network efforts alongside event planning and management. In the past she has worked with renowned gaming brands like Twitch, Adecco with Google Stadia, and Unity.
