Troy Baker has become one of the most prolific actors in video games. His performances as
Joel in The Last of Us Part I & II and Booker DeWitt in Bioshock Infinite solidified him as an icon
in today’s gaming landscape. These and other performances have earned him multiple industry
commendations including The Video Game Awards, DICE Awards and an unprecedented five
nominations for BAFTA's Best Performance Award.
Troy has starred alongside Norman Reedus and Mads Mikkelsen in Hideo Kojima’s auteurist
endeavour Death Stranding as well as brought characters to life for iconic properties such as
The Batman Arkham series (The Joker and Jason Todd), Metal Gear Solid (Ocelot), Middle-
Earth: Shadow of War (Talion), Infamous: Second Son (Delsin Rowe), Persona (Kanji) and
many more.
He most recently worked alongside David Fincher as Torrin, the lead role of “Bad Travelling”,
part of the Emmy award “Love Death & Robots”.
When not creating venerable characters in gaming, Troy can be found podcasting with fellow
gaming alums Alanah Pearce, Mike Bithell and Austin Wintory on
“Play Watch Listen” and “You Gotta Hear This” or performing music with his band Window to the
Abbey.
