Nibedita (Nivi) Baral, Chief Technology Officer, 2K
Nibedita (Nivi) Baral is the Chief Technology Officer at 2K, leading the company’s technology organization to support 2K’s games, studios, and publishing organization. As an immigrant and woman of color in the tech industry for over 15 years, Baral has been dedicated to promoting community and inclusivity. Beyond her technical achievements, she serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Asians in Gaming Employee Resource Group at 2K, is a member of Chief, a network for senior executive women, and sits on the Forbes Technology Council. An industry-agnostic tech executive, Baral has a diverse software engineering background across various sectors prior to joining 2K, including telecom, media, consulting, and finance.
