Ran Cao is a staff data scientist in the Tech Research team at Riot Games, she is working on leveraging reinforcement learning and deep learning techniques to help Riot deliver more player focused experience. Before Tech research, Ran has worked in both Teamfight Tactics and League of Legends teams on a varied number of machine learning projects including matchmaking, ranked design.
