Linda Carlson, Director of Business Development, Arise Gaming
Linda is a 20-year veteran of the game industry, or at least, she stopped counting at 20... Her evolution included developing strategy guides and maps, professional cosplay, and games journalism, culminating in senior leadership roles in Community Management, and managing global teams at major companies such as Sony Online Entertainment and Trion Worlds. She is now the Director of Business Development at Arise Gaming, advising a broad range of clients on best practices and both gaining and sharing knowledge. Linda firmly believes in online communications as a force for good in human civilization, and the power of forging lasting, meaningful, global relationships in real-time to achieve common goals and evolve our potential as a species. In her spare time, Linda operates a small farm with dairy goats, miniature pigs and heritage breed chickens… and still plays games until the wee hours on work nights.
