Vania is a Peruvian artist and game developer, boasting credentials in Fine Arts and Serious Games development. She's the driving force behind the Swedish studio An Otter Team and has collaborated extensively with the Peruvian studio Hermanos Magia working both in serious and silly games. As an advocate for equality in the game industry, Vania co-founded FemDevs Perú, a non-profit network. Her community engagement spans from IGDA Perú to Sweden Game Arena, and has a professional background in publishing as an Acquisition Scout
