Use the experience filter to view sessions and roundtables that will be available on the virtual GDC event platform. Virtual sessions will be available to watch on-demand through April 1st, 2022 at 5pm PT. All days/times are displayed in Pacific Time.

Use the Viewing Experience filter to see which sessions will be available on-site, on the virtual platform, or both:

  • In-Person: offered on-site, not available within the virtual platform. Check the session’s listing to see if it will be recorded for GDC Vault after the conference.
  • Virtual: offered in the virtual platform at its scheduled time.
  • In-Person/Virtual: offered onsite and the recording will be available to watch-on-demand within 36 hours of the session start time on the virtual platform until April 1st at 5pm PT
  • In-Person/Virtual Livestream: offered on-site and will be livestreamed to watch on the virtual platform at its scheduled time. The recording of the video will be available to watch-on-demand within 36 hours of the session start time on the virtual platform until April 1st at 5pm PT.

Sandra Castro PinzónBusiness Developer & ProducerTimba Games

Colombian journalist, Master in Political Communication from the Externado University. Strong focus and work towards human rights, with work experience in Non-Governmental Organizations and civil society defending humans through political advocacy to promote a public policy. Castro Pinzón also makes political advocacy to promote the video game development industry through her organization Tan Grande Y Jugando. In 2019 she was the Director of the Video Games Chapter and the Digital Entrepreneurship Chapter at FEDESOFT, the Colombian software federation. Today she is an ambassador in Colombia for the international organization Women In Games (2020), is the leader of Colombia Women In Games, strongly promoting the participation of women in this creative industry, and is the country Leader for Colombia in Latinx in gaming. She made her investigation for her master about the video game industry in Latam, and shared it with the community to promote the video game industry. She is the organizer and representative of Women Game Jam for Colombia, was recognized by the Magazine Game Industry Bizz in 2020 for being one of the 100 game changers and was recognise by Globant as the Local and international Game Changer for her job promoting the inclusion of women and girls in the game dev industry and technologies. Recently, Encyclopedia of Video Games: The Culture, Technology, and Art of Gaming, Second Edition, was published, a work where Castro Pinzón worked in the investigation of Colombia and Uruguay Industry.
