Karan Chhabra, Associate Director - Community, SuperGaming
I’m Karan Chhabra aka IndusLeo, the Associate Director of Community at SuperGaming, where I lead the community engagement efforts for Indus Battle Royale. I’m passionate about fostering a vibrant and dedicated player base known as the Mythwalkers. During the beta phase of Indus, I successfully helped grow our community to over 300,000 members by blending online and offline strategies, including city meetups and regional tournaments. I oversee several community programs, including Indus Prime Squad, Indus Insiders, and Indus Testlab. I believe in the importance of diversity and representation, so I prioritize hiring local talent from across India to reflect our community’s values. My approach to community management focuses on personal engagement, real-time feedback, and effectively using platforms like Discord and WhatsApp. I’m committed to creating an inclusive gaming environment and strive to ensure that every player feels valued and heard in the Indus community.
