Scott Crabtree believes that we all have the potential to work happier, that science shows numerous benefits of being happier including higher productivity and creativity, and that science shows us how we can choose more happiness in our work.
He earned his Cognitive Science degree from Vassar College. Serving as a Software Engineer, Game Designer, Producer, Executive Producer and Entrepreneur, Scott is proud to have worked on game development with companies including Microsoft, Mattel, Disney, LEGO, Nike and more. He’s published games for consoles, PC, and mobile phones. He joined Intel as an Engineering Manager and Tech Strategist focused on video game developers. He is fascinated by and passionately studies organizational development, human psychology, neuroscience, and the science of happiness and well-being. He left Intel in 2012 to follow his passion and work full time on helping people and organizations apply neuroscience and psychology to become happier and more productive.
