Charu Desodt is Studio Head at Interior/Night, an independent narrative games studio based in London. She started her career as the core engineer at PlayStation $1bn SingStar franchise before moving into production. Over the last 20 years, she has earned her stripes developing console and mobile games at a mix of studios; from Xbox to start-up indies.
