Patty Nishimura Dingle serves as Riot’s Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion overseeing DEI initiatives and efforts to support Riot’s 4,500+ employees across Riot’s 20 offices worldwide. Patty has worked as a DEI practitioner for 20+ years. Prior to joining Riot, she was the Head of DEI, Americas at BNY Mellon where she led the region’s engagement in global DEI strategy. Patty has previously held positions at Visa and Workday where she played integral roles in shaping and driving the enhancement and implementation of corporate DEI strategies, including recruiting, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
