Matthew Florianz is a game-developer with cross-discipline experience and a specialization in game audio. He has close to 20 years of game development experience and worked on many different genre's and platforms. Game-audio highlights are his work on Planet Zoo, Jurassic World Evolution, Planet Coaster, Elite Dangerous, Star Defense and The Chronicles of Spellborn. As a Principle Audio Designer at Frontier Developments, he has lead the audio-teams on three of Frontier's self-published games and has been passionately involved in redefining game-audio approaches and pipelines. Jim Croft, Head of Audio at Frontier Developments describes Matthew as having: "… broad experience in game development which has helped shape him as an extremely communicative and inclusive leader..." and he believes that, "…this multidisciplinary experience has helped inform his successful transition from generalist developer to outstanding audio lead..."
