Jono is a design-oriented programmer who’s been passionate about VR, AR, and approachable authoring tools for over a decade. He currently leads Editor workflow development and content production for Unity’s XR Team, including XRI, MARS, AR Foundation, and upcoming XR tooling. Previously at Unity, he’s worked on multiple VR and AR authoring projects including EditorXR and Carte Blanche. Before life at Unity, Jono and Unity XR teammate Schoen ran an indie studio building Unity projects, largely focused on worldbuilding games, Editor tools, and “early” VR & AR apps.
