Kenzie Gordon (she/her) is a PhD Candidate and instructor in Media and Technology Studies at the University of Alberta, Canada. She is the Project Manager for The First Three Years, a longitudinal study tracking the journey of new graduates from post-secondary games programs, and for the HEVGA Survey Committee. Her research spans representations of gender-based violence in games, games for change, and equity issues in game education and the industry. She has spoken on games at events including the Digital Games Research Association (DiGRA) conference, the Canadian Game Studies Association conference, the United Nations Safe Cities and Safe Public Spaces Global Leader's Forum, and the finals of the Falling Walls Lab in Berlin.
