Marion Guignolle is a Senior Technical Animator at Gearbox Studio Québec with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. During her time as Technical Director for motion capture and animation projects, Marion worked on many AAA titles and a variety of other games. Working as an outsourcer with dozens of companies allowed Marion to experiment with different pipelines, develop her love of improving workflow efficiency, and improve her colleagues' quality of life.
