Phil Hofman has been in the gaming industry since 2013. He has helped bring dozens of games to market globally across PC and console, from indie launches to AAA titles. Since joining Humble Games in 2021, he has built research efforts to support go-to-market plans for 10+ games. Prior to joining Humble, he acted as product lead for Crash Bandicoot and 2019 TGA Game of the Year Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. He has also worked on several other major franchises including Call of Duty, Destiny, and Diablo.
